Senior Instrument Reliability Engineer

Location:Rosemount MN

Schedule:9/80 with Turnaround support

Salary:$130000$170000 base depending on experience

Relocation:Available

Position Overview

Our client is seeking aSenior Instrument Reliability Engineerto provide strategic leadership for reliability initiatives at a large industrial manufacturing site. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership of reliability programs asset management and site-wide reliability strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and support the sitesMechanical Integrity Program.
• Develop and implement equipment and reliability strategies.
• LeadRoot Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)investigations.
• Establish and improve reliability standards processes and best practices.
• Serve as a strategic reliability resource across engineering maintenance and operations.
• Participate in industry groups and conferences to identify and implement best practices.
• Support Turnaround activities and long-term asset reliability initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

• Senior-levelInstrument Reliability Engineerwith significant industrial experience.
• Background inrefining petrochemical chemical midstream or heavy industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with Mechanical Integrity Programs RCFA and reliability strategy development.
• Proven ability to drive reliability improvements and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong program ownership and independent decision-making skills.
• Refining experience strongly preferred.
