Full Time & Day Shift

40 hours/week

Hours

  • Mon-Fri - Hours: -8:00 4:30 PM with on-call commitments to include holidays and weekends

Education

  • RN-Bachelors Degree OR

  • RN-Masters Degree OR

  • RN-Doctorate Degree

Certification/Licensure

  • Registered Nurse (RN) License - Compact/Multi-State License OR

  • Registered Nurse (RN) License - Single State Virginia

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA)

  • Case Management (ACM CCM CCCTM CMAC or CMGT-BC) certification required within one year of eligibility

Experience

  • 3 years of nursing experience (required)

  • 3 years Case Management experience (preferred)

Healthcare experience refers to the care delivered in one of the following settings: hospital or an acute care facility

Senior Inpatient Case Manager RN: Assumes responsibility accountability and leadership for the daily operations including coordination of work quality and service for inpatient case management. Assist supervisor for assigned site/function. Participates in the work activities of assigned teams and provides case management services as needed. Maintains fiscal accountability for departmental activities. Provides feedback on hiring and evaluations of personnel. Functions in one of the following practice settings: Hospitals only

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $101483.20 - $138548.80 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay overtime shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
