seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 to support Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives within the SHARP program. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Informatica technologies Master Data Management (MDM) Data Quality and enterprise data governance practices.

This role requires a senior professional capable of analyzing business requirements designing data solutions implementing governance frameworks and collaborating with technical and business stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.

Support enterprise Data Engineering and Data Governance initiatives.

Design and implement Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Informatica.

Develop and implement enterprise data quality rules and validation processes.

Perform systems analysis feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis.

Gather functional requirements from business users and stakeholders.

Create technical documentation process flows and system specifications.

Collaborate with development teams to implement scalable data solutions.

Support data integration metadata management and data stewardship activities.

Automate data processes using Python where applicable.

Ensure compliance with enterprise data governance standards and best practices.

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience with Informatica technologies including:

o PowerCenter

o IICS

o IDMC

o MDM

o Axon

o EDC

o IDQ

o Customer360

o Supplier360

o Entity360

10 years implementing Master Data Management (MDM) and Reference Data solutions for large enterprises.

10 years implementing Data Quality solutions using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).

Strong experience gathering business requirements and performing systems analysis.

Excellent analytical communication and documentation skills.

Experience within Healthcare or Public Health organizations.

Previous experience working with Texas State agencies or other government organizations

4 years working with Snowflake enterprise data platform.

Experience developing Python scripts for automation and API integration.

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field (equivalent experience accepted).

Masters degree is a plus.
