Position: Senior Informatica IDMC Developer

Location: 1^st preference is Local to Harrisburg PA who can work in Hybrid / Remote/ Relocate to PA.

Duration: Long term

Experience: 10 Years of experience.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Informatica IDMC Developer who can also grow into a lead role as the offshore team expands. The candidate should have strong experience in Informatica IDMC custom development healthcare domain exposure and the ability to contribute to solution design and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Informatica IDMC (Intelligent Data Management Cloud)
• Experience in custom development using Informatica IDMC
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience working with Oracle databases
• Ability to work closely with architects and business stakeholders
• Experience contributing to solution design and implementation best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to mentor and lead junior/offshore developers in the future
• Healthcare domain experience
• Experience working in payer/healthcare environments

Nice to Have

• Prior experience in onsite-offshore delivery models
• Exposure to enterprise data integration and cloud modernization initiatives

Additional Notes

• Current need is for senior hands-on developers
• Candidate should be capable of evolving into a lead role as the team scales
• Client architects currently manage the overall design; the expectation is to bring best practices and strong execution capabilities
