Senior Infor HRTalent Consultant

RPI Consultants seeks a Sr. Infor HR/Talent Consultant with extensive experience in Infor HR/Talent.  This role is responsible for leading and supporting full cycle implementations of HR/Talent including business needs analysis requirements gathering system design and configuration conversions end-user training and post live support.  Consultant will work with the RPI HCM PMO and Technical teams to continuously improve project delivery and value add services.

Responsibilities

• Act as lead consultant in design configuration and deployment of Infor HCM Suite including Global HR Talent Acquisition Performance & Goal Compensation and Succession Management
• Provide end user training testing support client guidance and post live support
• Ensure quality of deliverables
• Deliver on time and on project budget

Qualifications :

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills as well as have the ability to interface effectively with our customers (at all levels) and work with the RPI Sales team and Practice Managers to effectively generate revenue where opportunities align. 

• He/she will have a high level of sales and customer service skills and the ability to think strategically.
• 7 years experience working with Infor Cloudsuite- Global HR and Lawsons Landmark HCM modules
• 3 completed full-cycle implementations of Infor Cloudsuite HCM suite as a Infor partner or independent consultant
• Experience with business process validation system configuration data conversions and migrations system customization testing cutover planning & execution go-live and end user support
• Experience with Configuration Console and Infor Process Automation is ideal
