Position Title: Senior Industrial Engineer (Confidential Client)
Location: Trenton SC Onsite

• Salary: $85000 - $100000/yr
• Variable Incentive Program

Leads projects or processes of diverse scope while working independently with limited supervision. Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Supports continuous improvement and automation activities. Establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. Conducts cost inventory and production control studies along with human factors studies to develop and implement plans for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. Assists manufacturing plant and facilities engineers with facility planning and design. Supports relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders. Other duties as assigned.

• Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelors degree; or 3 years and a masters degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
