Position Responsibilities:

• Interface Management: Act as the primary liaison between Production Engineering Operations and Program teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.

• Project Management: Identify charter and execute projects aimed at incremental improvements across the value stream.

• Change Management: Conduct change impact assessments and determine viable incorporation points and methods for operational changes.

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Review labor-costing data perform quarterly EAC assessments and present findings to leadership.

• Process Improvement: Implement continuous improvements in job estimating processes and maintain standard operating procedures.

• Team Leadership: Coach and train team members distribute work and guide shop-floor operations to align with production goals.

• Forecasting and Scheduling: Conduct monthly labor forecasting and support scheduling for major assemblies ensuring alignment with production capabilities.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement

• 1 year labs experience

• 3-5 years Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 5-7 years Industrial Engineering experience
