Senior IBM Netcool Developer (Telecom Fault Management & AIOps)

We are seeking an experienced IBM Netcool Developer with strong Telecom domain expertise to design develop and maintain enterprise Fault Management (FM) and Event Management solutions using IBM Netcool/OMNIbus Netcool Impact and Netcool Operations Insight (NOI).

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building event collection normalization correlation enrichment and automation solutions across Telecom network domains including RAN Core Transport IP/MPLS and IT Infrastructure. The role requires expertise in AIOps event-driven automation alarm correlation root cause analysis and large-scale network monitoring environments.

• Experience with OpenNMS or HPE TeMIP.
• Knowledge of Telecom inventory and topology systems.
• Experience with cloud-native monitoring and observability platforms.
