Good to have: knowledge of Cyberark.
Strong knowledge of IAM ecosystem and flexible in utilizing his/her past learning in the custom environment of the customer
Incident and problem management certification audit management
Highly proactive and strong customer management/communication
Openness to work in a 24x7 mode with leadership skills of driving BAU offshore teams
