Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior IAM Operations Engineer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) Active Directory AWS and cloud infrastructure operations. This is a highly operational role focused on maintaining automating and improving IAM services while ensuring platform reliability security and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory environments.
• Automate operational processes using scripting and infrastructure automation tools.
• Execute infrastructure rehydration rebuilds and recovery activities.
• Design maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation.
• Work with AWS cloud services to support secure and scalable infrastructure.
• Utilize Git and Jenkins for source control and deployment automation.
• Monitor system health performance and availability using observability tools such as New Relic.
• Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of IAM services.
• Collaborate with cloud security infrastructure and application teams to support operational requirements.
• Support user onboarding offboarding and access lifecycle management.
• Participate in incident response root cause analysis and continuous operational improvements.
• Follow SRE best practices to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.
