YOUR NEW ROLE:
The Senior HVAC Install Supervisor oversees HVAC installation projects to ensure work is completed safely efficiently on schedule and to company quality standards. This position serves as a key link between the company and the customer impacting customer satisfaction reputation and overall success.
The Senior HVAC Install Supervisor works closely with the HVAC Manager to make field decisions resolve issues and ensure installation teams have the direction and resources needed to succeed. This position may coach installers and apprentices and interact with customers vendors suppliers to facilitate the best customer service experience possible.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
5 years of residential HVAC installation experience with strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices.
Proven ability to lead coach and hold Installers and Apprentices accountable for quality and performance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound field decisions.
Ability to read and understand installation requirements equipment matchups materials and company SOPs.
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with homeowners team members office staff and vendors.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple installation projects and ensure timely completion.
Commitment to safety quality workmanship accurate paperwork and protecting customer property.
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
