Were looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Denham Springs Louisiana.

The Senior HVAC Technician will diagnose repair install and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems while providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a highly skilled technician capable of working independently troubleshooting complex equipment and mentoring less experienced technicians when needed.

• Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on rooftop units split systems package units exhaust systems and related equipment.
• Install replace and commission HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical control systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams blueprints and technical manuals.
• Complete service documentation accurately and promptly.
• Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair recommendations.
• Maintain company vehicle tools and inventory.
• Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior technicians as needed.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles electrical troubleshooting airflow controls and gas heating systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• NATE certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background screening.

• Lift and carry 5075 pounds frequently and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
• Work on rooftops ladders and in confined spaces.
• Stand bend kneel and climb throughout the workday.
• Travel daily within the New Roads Louisiana service area.
• Work safely around electrical systems and high-temperature equipment.
