- Improve HR processes implement strategies that support business growth improve morale and employee retention strengthen relations between staff and employers manage job satisfaction and promote the organizations values.
Essential Functions:
- Oversee recruitment interviews hiring and training of new staff as well as supervising the daily workflow in the department.
- Oversee the administration of HR programs including but not limited to compensation benefits leave disputes and investigations performance productivity recognition morale occupational health and safety and training and development.
- Assist with employee resolutions as needed possibly including discipline and termination.
- Develop and implement HR policies processes training and initiatives to support the organizations HR compliance and strategy needs.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with federal state and local employment laws and regulations and review and modify policies to maintain compliance and guide management and employee actions.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organizational goals and strategies related to staffing recruiting and retention and support management by providing HR advice counsel and decisions.
