Job Summary:
This position reports to theHuman ResourcesManagerandis responsible forpartnering withbusiness leaders andsupportingall functional areasof HR including recruitingcompensationbenefits trainingand development employee relations performance managementemployee engagementactivities complianceand administering policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Drivethe full cycle recruiting process for allassigned positionsincluding posting positionssourcing candidates reviewing resumes phone screening candidates coordinatingandconducting interviewsfacilitatingselection decisionsand salary negotiationsadministering pre-employment background checksandreference staffing activitiesandparticipateatcareer fairs.
Onboard new employees and deliver new employee orientation.
Foster a positive work environment and be a resource for all employeesregardingcompany policies and procedures and for those whohavequestions or concerns about theworkplace.
Participate in the annual compensation planning and market benchmarking along withadvising onmerit and promotional increasesand administering the compensation program.
Conduct benefit administration responsibilities including assisting with employee benefit questions educating employees on ourbenefitand wellnessofferingsandsupportingthe annual benefit open enrollment process.
Partner with management on theperformance management process;provideguidance on performance reviews goal setting and employee development plans.
Partner with management and counsel on fair objective and thorough investigationsas neededinto workplace complaintsand administer disciplinary actions as necessaryin partnership with managers.
In partnershipwith managementidentifytrainingand developmentneedsdeveloptrainingcontentand/oridentifytrainingresourcesanddeliver orcoordinatethedelivery of the trainingprograms.
Leverage HR data to deliver actionable insights that empower business leaders to make informed data-driven decisions.
DriveHR and organizationalcontinuous improvement projects.
Drive employee engagement and retention strategies and foster an inclusive workplace environment.
Updateinterpretand administer company policies and procedures to minimize risk ensure legal compliance andmaintainoperational fairness.
Other duties as assigned.
RequiredQualifications:
Bachelor degree in Human Resources Business or relatedfieldor equivalent experience ideally supporting manufacturing and engineering organizations.
Five years ofprogressiveHumanResourcesexperience; 3 of those years in a generalist role.
Strong coachinginfluencingand project management skills.
Ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Highly organizedand great attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
DemonstratedproficiencywithMicrosoftOffice tools includingTeamsWordExceland PowerPoint.
Human Capital Management(HCM)system experience.
Proven strength in analysis and creative problem solving.
Stronginitiative and has a passion for process improvement.
Ability tomaintainemployee confidence and protectthe operationby keeping human resource information confidential.
Preferred Qualifications:
Eight years of HR experience 3 as a generalist.
PHR / SHRM-CP or SPHR / SHRMSCP.
Experience withUKGHCM system.
