Position Information:

The Senior Human Resources Analyst oversees complex high-profile and sensitive programsï½including compensation classification systems administration staff development recruitment and labor relations. This position serves as a subject matter expert for the District utilizing strong diplomacy tact and relationship-building skills to navigate sensitive high-impact organizational challenges.

Shift Details: 8 hours a day; 260 day calendar
Continuing Position:Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However an employees total work hours work locations and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
FLSA Status: Exempt
Hourly Rate: $129554.57 Annually(2025-2026Professional - Technical Employee Salary Schedule)Effective Sept. 1 2026: $134624.40 Annually
Position Type/Level: Professional - Technical Employee Level I

Required Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• BA/BS degree in Human Resources Public Administration Business or related field; and
• Four (4) or more years of work experience as a Human Resources Business Partner HR Analyst Policy Analyst Labor Relations Analyst HR Specialist Legal Analyst and/or similar role.

Special Licenses/Requirements:

• Completion of the online WASBO Certified School Business Specialist HR Track is required within 6 months of the hire date (recertification is not required).

Preferred Qualifications:

• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly preferred.
• Certified Labor Relations Professional (NPELRA) is preferred.
• Municipal K-12 public school district or other local government experience is preferred.
