Senior HRBP MARC

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Midea America Research Center senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.

Provide expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR matters including talent management organizational development performance management and employee relations.

Lead and manage a team of HRBPs ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across the organization.

Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement retention and development.

Oversee the implementation of HR policies and procedures ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.

Analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to support organizational change and transformation initiatives.

Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within the organization. Maintain high level employee engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.

Proven experience in a global or multinational company preferably in the home appliances or consumer goods industry.

Strong knowledge of HR best practices employment laws and regulations.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.

Preferably bilingual (Chinese and English).
