Senior HR Data Analyst

Join our team as a Senior HR Data Analyst and help shape how HR data is governed accessed and used to make better business decisions. Youll work with stakeholders across the organization to turn complex data into clear insights build scalable reporting solutions and support secure compliant access to critical HR information.
What Youll Do
Guide HR data governance access requests and secure data view design.
Create dashboards reports tools and workflows that make data easier to understand and act on.
Use HR and business data to identify trends risks opportunities and workforce insights.
Apply analytics statistical methods predictive modeling and BI tools to support recommendations.
Collaborate with stakeholders and data engineering teams to deliver scalable compliant solutions.
Own legacy systems including CENET and Webphone and support process improvement change management and access audits.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in data science Statistics Mathematics Engineering Physics Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
3 years of experience in data analytics business intelligence data governance or a related field.
Experience supporting data access controls governance processes and data security requirements.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases or data warehouse platforms such as Oracle MySQL Snowflake or Databricks.
Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau Power BI or similar tools.
A collaborative approach strong communication skills and the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
Experience in process improvement change management or audit
