Senior HR Business Partner

This position follows the Companys hybrid schedule which currently requires employees to work in the office at one of the following locations a minimum of three days per week: Emeryville CA; Bellevue WA; Addison TX; Durham NC; and Reston VA.

What youll do:

• Youwillcoachleaders andresolvecomplexorganizationalchallengeswith managing the execution ofpeopleprograms such as talent planning organizational design new manager enablement coaching employee engagement change management and diversity & inclusion.
• You will need to have a deep understanding of the many aspects of the contribute at both strategic and hands-on levels.
• Strategicallypartnerwiththebusinesstodesignanddelivertargetedsolutions including strategic planning organizational design change management and team building.
• Developandimplementengagementprogramsthatareconsistentwiththe strategic needs of the business and continue to build an extraordinary employee experience.
• Makeanimpactwithmetricsdataanalysisandcontinuousimprovement
• Buildtrustedrelationshipsandcredibilitywithinyourbusinessgroupsand across many organizations.
• Workwiththebusinessunitleadershipteamandallemployeestoensurethe Tanium values

• Solveproblemsandidentifyrootcausesofvariouscomplexissuesdesignand implement solutions across multiple disciplines at times beyond HR solutions.
• TranslatethebusinessunitsneedtoHRandkeepthebusinessunit leadership updated on all HR programs and processes.
• Workwithleaderstoeffectivelyexecuteworkforceplanning(headcounthiring and training targets etc.)
• Manageprojectsatvariousscalewithindependentproblem-solvingskillsand attention to detail.
• Addressandmanageemployeerelationsissuefairlythoroughlyandproactively.
• Partner with various HR teams including Recruiting Total Rewards HR Ops andL&Dtodeliverpeopleprogramsthatarerelevantandalignedtobusinessneeds.
• WorkacrossculturalandgeographicalboundariesandbuildHRapproaches that deliver value across diverse global markets. Interact influence and collaborate acrossdifferent cultures languages and time zones.
• Monitorthepulseoftheorganizationtoensureahighlevelofemployeeengagement

Were looking for someone with:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources Education Talent Development OrganizationalDevelopmentor similar field or equivalent through a combination of education and experience.
• At least 7years of HR experience working closely in the business with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.

What youll get

The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $146000 to $224000. This range is an estimate for what Tanium will pay a new hire. The actual annual base salary offered may be adjusted based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location education skills training and experience.
