Enovate is seeking a Senior Highway/Civil Engineer to join the growing team in New Jersey and New York.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare conceptual geometric designs alignments grading MPT drainage utilities and traffic barriers
• Develop conceptual documents and provide design recommendations.
• Lead technical project meetings.
• Coordinate with staff from a range of other disciplines (civil structural operations) to resolve design issues.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree
• PE License
• 5 years of experience in the engineering field
• Knowledge of AASHTO MUTCD State DOT NJTA and other NY/NJ local standards
• Experience and knowledge of Microstation
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and AutoTURN
• Ability to communicate effectively in person and through telephone/video conferencing.
• Ability to occasionally move about the office or work area to access equipment files meetings or other resources.
• Frequently use a computer keyboard mouse telephone and other standard office equipment.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 25lbs
• Ability to occasionally wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats safety glasses vests when conducting field visits.

Work Environment

• Work is primarily performed in an office or computer-based environment.
• Position may involve remaining in a stationary position for periods of time with the ability to change position as needed.

Pay/Benefits

Salary/Hourly Pay Range: $115000 - $190000
