Senior Helpdesk Technician (SECRET)

Koniag IT Systems LLC a Koniag Government Services company is seeking a Senior Helpdesk Technician with an active Secret security clearance to support KITS and our government customer in Lewis McChord WA. The ideal candidates will resolve computer software and hardware problems and serve as the first point of contact for customer Functions Responsibilities & Duties may include but are not limited to:Analyzing problems and providing technical assistance to end and resolving computer software and hardware whether problems are caused by hardware software or system triage meetings to collect information about user telephone calls and emails from users experiencing to customers and troubleshooting their technical support and training to documentation of customer up with customers as customer complaints and providing appropriate customer accounts and filing documents and Experience:High School Diploma or (5) years of experience in supporting Information Skills and Competencies:Good problem-solving analytical and teamwork communication and interpersonal Requirement:Secret security clearanceOur Equal Employment Opportunity PolicyThe company is an equal opportunity employer.
