Senior Health Data Analyst Risk Adjustment

Job Summary
TheSenior Health Data Analyst is responsible for the creation development and communication of Risk Adjustment targetsperformance and ongoing reporting; providing specialized analytics and data driven insights to myriad business units through the a collaborative manner will provide data-driven guidance to support the organizations goal of providing executive leadership domain owners and external providers with actionable intelligence related to the performance of Risk Adjustment measures. Thisposition is responsible for providing insights and recommendations using statistical and quantitative analysis coupled with explanatory and predictive modeling to drive focused decision making.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
Masters degreein Computer Science Statistics Information Technology Economics Health Economics Epidemiology or closely related analytic field is required. Bachelors degree andequivalent work experience may be substituted.
Work Experience:
Requires 7 years of experience with proven skills in analyzing and interpreting experience with executing data-based projects from initiation to completion;
prior project management experience preferred. 2 years of experience with Medicare/Medicaid or similar healthcare clinical/claims data strongly preferred.
An ideal candidate has experience working with CMS/HHS Risk Adjustment models.
Salary Range: Minimum 41.00/hour - Maximum 65.60/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
