What Youll Do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for strategic Go-to-Market (GTM) positions including:
• Account Executives (New Business & Enterprise)
• Solutions Engineers / Sales Engineers
• Other revenue-generating commercial roles
• Partner with Senior Managers Directors and VP-level leaders to develop recruiting strategies aligned with hiring goals.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor by leveraging hiring data market intelligence and pipeline analytics to guide decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive talent through creative sourcing strategies LinkedIn Recruiter networking and talent communities.
• Manage complex offer negotiations involving base salary on-target earnings (OTE) and equity compensation.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while balancing multiple high-priority searches across the United States.
• Utilize modern recruiting technologies and AI-enabled sourcing tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
• Forecast hiring timelines monitor recruiting metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve hiring velocity.

What Were Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting within a global SaaS or enterprise technology company
• Proven success recruiting:
• Account Executives
• Enterprise Sales Representatives
• Solutions Engineers / Pre-Sales Engineers
• Experience partnering directly with executive-level hiring managers (Senior Manager through VP level)
• Strong understanding of:
• Sales compensation plans
• OTE structures
• Commission plans
• Equity (RSU) negotiations
• Data-driven recruiting approach with experience analyzing recruiting funnels forecasting hiring timelines and reporting recruiting metrics
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume workload in a fully remote environment spanning multiple U.S. time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting high-growth organizations with aggressive hiring goals
• Creative sourcing expertise with a track record of identifying passive talent
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple searches simultaneously
• Excellent communication stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills
