IDS is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer for ADG Creative an IDS subsidiary to lead and deliver high-quality creative design solutions across print digital branding and multimedia platforms. This role involves strategic concept development execution of design deliverables and collaboration with cross-functional teams to create impactful user-centered experiences.

Designs and iterates strategic creative solutions across print branding UX/UI social media video and digital campaigns

Actively participates in brainstorming and idea generation

Conducts design research moodboarding concepting and execution of design concepts

Recommends creative solutions aligned with client brand and end-user needs

Communicates design decisions and presentations effectively with teams and clients

Stays current with design trends tools and technologies

Participates in customer discovery sessions and presentations

Organizes and maintains design files with proper standards and conventions

Maintains accountability and time management across project lifecycles

Contributes to ADG team culture and collaboration

May supervise others

Performs other duties as assigned

Masters degree in a related field
OR Bachelors degree with 12 years of experience
OR Associates degree or High School Diploma with 16 years of experience

Minimum 10 years of experience (aligned to the education substitution structure above)

Portfolio required

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight typically less than 20 pounds but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
