Job Summary
Job Description
- Have experience with developing new business pursuits and a solid client base
- Coordinate and communicate with internal or external clients to understand their needs
- Manage a portfolio of projects meeting client and company requirements for safety budget quality and schedule
- Safely supervise field exploration sampling inspection analysis and technical support.
- Mentor and manage junior staff and project level geotechnical professionals through project performance
- Perform and develop scopes for field and office tasks (technical and non-technical) and independent analysis.
- Coordinate tasks and manage medium to large size multi-disciplined projects with guidance and interaction by senior operations/technical staff.
- Prepare or review designs reports and calculations on complex projects.

- shallow and deep foundation design

- soil improvement techniques
- pipeline power transmission
- Solar experience are a plus
- 10-15 years of related experience.
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) License
- Must have a positive work attitude and ability to work safely and efficiently when managing multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently or with a team in a multi-disciplinary environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Position will require the candidate to adhere to work assignments/schedules be self-motivated organized and have a keen sense of detail.
