Senior Fullstack Engineer (#f448)

You will build and ship customer-facing experiences that drive the revenue cycle management (RCM) product while contributing to the Marketplace. Youll partner closely with product business stakeholders and other engineers to shape solutions and own features end-to-end. This is a Hybrid role (3 days onsite) based in New York.

• Build fast well-structured frontend experiences in React and TypeScript
• Own features end-to-end from component/state management through API integration and deployment
• Contribute to backend APIs using Python and FastAPI
• Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into usable interfaces
• Participate in code reviews architecture discussions and engineering standards
• Mentor other engineers and advocate for frontend quality across the team
• Navigate two frontend contexts: a React/TypeScript SPA for the RCM product and a Django server-rendered Marketplace app with bundled JS

• 7 years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript
• Solid understanding of UI fundamentals: layout performance and state management
• Hands-on experience with TanStack Router and TanStack Query (or strong opinions about routing/data fetching)
• Ability to build and maintain Python/FastAPI endpoints and data models
• Strong product instincts attention to detail and sound implementation judgment
• Familiarity with coding agents and ability to articulate their strengths and limitations

• Experience with payment flows billing systems or insurance-adjacent products
• Familiarity with Zod and schema-driven API clients
• Background in B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products
• Healthcare or dental industry experience

$180K - $220K/year
