Senior Full Stack Developer

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer for a 12 month contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte NC.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to build modernize and support enterprise applications. This role requires strong experience across the stack modern UI development with Angular and/or React solid Python skills and strong SQL expertise for building high-performing data access layers and troubleshooting production issues. The ideal candidate is a strong problem solver with excellent debugging skills a collaborative mindset and the ability to propose and implement sound design solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain full-stack applications using / MVC / Web API / .NET Core /
• Build modern web UI components using Angular and/or React with strong TypeScript and responsive UI practices
• Develop and maintain Python utilities/services (automation integrations scripting API components)
• Write and optimize SQL (complex queries joins indexing strategy awareness performance tuning stored procedures as applicable)
• Analyze query performance and resolve data-related production issues
• Understand and support batch jobs / scheduled jobs and job dependencies for operational workflows
• Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployments using Jenkins and automation tooling such as Ansible
• Perform strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across UI backend batch and database layers
• Contribute to solution design and architecture; produce design approaches that are maintainable scalable and supportable
• Collaborate effectively within an Agile team; participate in code reviews and technical discussions

Requirements:

• 8 years of software development experience with hands-on delivery in enterprise environments
• Strong experience in legacy and Core /
• Strong front-end experience with Angular and/or React
• Proficiency in Python for backend or automation use cases
• Strong SQL skills including the ability to write complex SQL queries (joins window functions aggregations) and a query optimization mindset
• Experience working with stored procedures and transactional systems
• Experience supporting batch job processing/schedulers and production support patterns
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and deployment automation with Ansible
• Strong debugging troubleshooting and RCA skills
• Strong communication skills and team-first mindset
• Ability to propose and implement design solutions end-to-end

Desired skills:

• Experience with performance tuning for backend services and databases
• Familiarity with monitoring/logging and production readiness practices
• Experience with microservices containers or cloud-native patterns
• Exposure to job schedulers (e.g. Autosys/Airflow) and large-scale batch environments

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
