Senior FP&A Analyst

• Lead the annual budget and quarterly forecast process partnering directly with department and executive leadership to build accurate actionable financial plans and forecast
• Lead financial reporting and analysis for senior leadership translating results into clear insights and recommendations
• Lead month end close deliverables including reconciliations reporting and variance analysis ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Serve as a key business partner to Commercial Operations and Accounting building relationships and driving alignment on financial priorities
• Identify and lead process improvement and automation initiatives across budgeting forecasting and reporting
• Support ad hoc strategic analysis and special projects for the business and leadership

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field MBA or relevant certification (e.g. CPA CFA) a plus
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A accounting or a related analytical role
• Advanced excel skills and experience with financial systems/ERP strong PowerPoint proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders
• Curiosity to learn the logistics and customs brokerage industry with interest in growing into broader financial leadership
