Senior FP&A Analyst

This role is responsible for leading budgeting forecasting and long-range financial planning activities across a multi-company enterprise. The position partners closely with executive leadership and operational teams to provide financial modeling performance analysis KPI reporting board-level presentations and strategic decision support. The role will also serve as a system administrator for the companys OneStream financial consolidation and planning platform.

This is a Direct Hire position required to be fully Remote.

Qualifications:

• 57 years of FP&A or related finance experience with increasing responsibility in a complex multi-entity organization
• Experience in the manufacturing or distribution industry
• Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting
• Ability to analyze and present data to executives and management teams
• Experience working with C-Suite or high-level executives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  
  

Pluses:

• MBA and/or CPA strongly preferred
• Experience working in a private equity-backed company
• Proficiency with OneStream highly preferred; other enterprise financial planning software (Anaplan Adaptive Hyperion) is also relevant
• Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence/data visualization tools
• Familiarity with Epicor Prophet 21 or similar ERP/distribution platforms
