Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE Lead)

Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in one or more of the following technologies:

• Java
• Python
• JavaScript / TypeScript
  API design and systems integration
  Secure software engineering practices
  Modern application frameworks
  Containerization technologies
  Production-grade AI platforms and solutions

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
14 years of software engineering and technical leadership experience.
Proven experience owning production systems and leading large-scale enterprise delivery initiatives.
Strong expertise designing and building backend services APIs and scalable distributed systems.
Experience working across architecture platform data and application layers.
Ability to operate effectively in highly regulated industries such as financial services.

AI & Modern Technology Experience
The ideal candidate should have experience with modern AI application architectures and production-grade implementations including:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Semantic Search
Agent-Based Systems
Generative AI Solutions
AI-Powered Workflow Automation.
