SeniorForeclosureTimeline Specialistsmanage the advanced default pipeline that is in near or avoiding Senior Foreclosure Timeline Specialist works in a team of other Specialists and support staff to complete tasks as needed to resolve impediments and escalate issues for resolution on active foreclosure loans.

About the Role

• Work with law firms and title companies to gather/produce documents needed

• Access various systems to obtain necessary documentation - including ICE/Desktop Filenet and other proprietary reports

• Communicate clearly with all parties on updates and necessary items

• Provide support and guidance to all clients attorneys and team members while working through loan level details to support functions such as document creation research bidding and issue resolution

• Manage work queues for foreclosure by following all associated rules and working with a sense of urgency

• Assists with escalated items to drive toward resolution

• Provide support and guidance to all clients attorneys and team members while working through loan level details

• Consistently meet minimum production goal numbers and quality metrics

• Find potential solutions to escalated loans using available resources

• Identify patterns and trends for areas of opportunity on the team

About You

Preferred Qualifications

• Established network of industry relationships including mortgage servicers attorneys title companies compliance providers and other third-party vendors.

• Strong understanding of mortgage servicing loan resolution strategies investor guidelines and default management practices.

• Knowledge of financial markets credit and risk management principles and the impact of market liquidity leverage and operational risks on portfolio performance.

• Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel including the ability to analyze large datasets and support portfolio-level decision making.

• Demonstrated experience in loan retention and non-retention strategies including modifications repayment plans forbearance agreements short sales deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure foreclosure management bankruptcy proceedings litigation oversight and regulatory compliance.

• Thorough understanding of federal and state mortgage servicing regulations including CFPB requirements and industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5yearsof Mortgage Servicing/Default of direct experience including one or more of the following portfolio types: FNMA Conventional FHA VA and/or Non-Conventional

• Experience using mortgage servicing software

The compensation information below is provided in compliance with all applicable job posting disclosure requirements.
