Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine Family Medicine or Geriatrics

• Ability to obtain or quickly secure an Alabama state medical license

• Passion for senior-focused preventive relationship-based care

• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative team structure

• Comfortable managing an exclusively 65 patient panel
