Senior FitterFabricator

The Senior Fitter/Fabricator is an expert craftsman responsible for complex fabrication projects advanced layouts specialty forming operations and technical leadership.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform complex layouts and geometric calculations.
• Operate advanced fabrication equipment.
• Perform heat cambering jacking and specialty forming operations.
• Design and construct fabrication jigs and fixtures.
• Perform MIG FCAW SMAW GTAW SAW
• Weld in all positions to AWS D1.1. D1.5 standards. (1G 2G 3G 6G)
• Perform advance torch and plasma cutting operations
• Mentor fabricators and support process improvements.

Successful candidates will have:

• Expert-level fabrication experience.
• Advanced blueprint interpretation and layout skills.
• Proven ability to independently execute complex projects.
