Job Description:

Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst Immunology OPEX supporting the US Immunology Commercial team. The position is based in Horsham PA with opportunity to occasionally work in Titusville NJ when necessary (may require up to 10% domestic travel).

This role supports the US Immunology franchise and partners closely with business leaders in all Commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for reporting and analytics related to total Commercial Operational Expense (OPEX) for the US Immunology franchise. The job includes collaborating with both Finance and non-Finance business partners across all areas of the Immunology business to create a consolidated picture of OPEX spending for both forecast and addition this position is the Finance point of contact on several budgets including Selling Medical Affairs Market Access and Channel Strategy DOME NPBD and StAT. This role is also responsible for tracking and reporting of headcount DTC Media T&E and R&Os across all Immunology Commercial areas. As the key point of contact on OPEX spending the role will act as the main contact for key forecast cycle collections including BP JU NU and quarter end Latest Thinking. The position also supports the quarter close reporting of OPEX spending versus forecast with senior leadership. As required the position will support requests from Group Finance and Immunology Leadership to provide ad hoc analysis of spending data. Outside of supporting critical aspects of OPEX reporting this role will also support the Immunology franchise Finance team in ad hoc projects that help develop a deeper knowledge of the business.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • A minimum of a bachelors degree is required preferably with a major in Accounting Economics or Finance
  • A CPA CMA or MBA degree is preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • A minimum of 3 years of finance accounting or related business experience is required
  • Effective collaboration and partnering skills across levels
  • Strong analytical skills intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills
  • Proactive mindset in recommending and implementing process improvements
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication presentation interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • The position is based in Horsham PA with opportunity to occasionally work in Titusville NJ when necessary (may require up to 10% domestic travel)
