Job Summary
Hours Schedule:
Hybrid reporting structure 1 day per week.
Position purpose:
Develops andadvanced financial and accounting methodologies to support planning and control across physician practice divisions. Provides financial analysis performance measurement anddecisionsupportinsights that guide businessobjectivesandlongtermplanning for assigned sites divisions or the broaderTrinityorganization. Serves as a consultant and systems analyst byidentifyingopportunities to improve information management and recommending integrated approaches for collecting reporting andleveragingfinancial and operational data.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance
3-5 yearsfinancial analysis experience
What the Sr Financial Analyst will do:
Perform complex financial analyses with minimal supervision.
Support forecasting multiyear planning and monthly financial close activities including journal entries reconciliations and variance analysis.
Prepare revenue cost and monthly gain/lossanalysesand other financial performance reports.
Partner with senior leadership on reporting financial analysis and strategic planning.
Provide financial guidance and decisionsupport to operations leaders.
Lead analytical support for strategic and operational projects.
