This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont CA
Job Duties:
Month-end closing: Lead month-end closing process and ensure accuracy andintegrity of financial statements and management reports including investigating and
resolving unusualvariances; monitoring compliance with Accounting principles and internal controls;partnering with Accounting and AP to reconcile expenses review accruals and maintainreportingaccuracy.
Financial & Performance Reporting: Analyze monthly and year-to-date financialand operational performance; prepare detailed month-end quarterly and annual reporting
packages andBoard; investor materials; develop executive-level presentations highlighting keytrends risks and opportunities.
Financial & Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to identifyrevenue margin and cost drivers; develop insights and leading indicators to inform
strategic decisions;design and enhance dashboards and reporting tools to improve business visibility.
Financial Planning; Budgeting: Lead forecasting budgeting and annualplanning processes for revenue and operating expenses; build and maintain bottom-up
financial models and 3-statement model; perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to support planning andresource allocation decisions.
Financial Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements tofinancial processes and reporting workflows; lead program development in SAP to
enhance operationalexpense tracking regional and segment profitability reporting and overall financialaccuracy; transparency; drive efficiency initiatives within the Finance function byautomating tasksusing SQL and Tableau.
Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with Operations Supply Chain andMerchandising teams to improve cost visibility and financial discipline; support planning
cyclesperformance reviews and ad hoc analysis; provide actionable recommendations tooptimize spending and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Job entails working with and requires bachelors degree in finance orrelated fields with Candidate must have 2-years professional experience in:
Strong analytical thinking & data-driven problem solving
SQL and BI tools proficiency (Tableau / Power BI)
Large-scale data analysis & financial systems expertise (SAP familiarity
preferred)
Cross-functional financial support (Operations / Supply Chain / Merchandising)
Employers will accept any suitable combination of education training or will accept a bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in one of the requisitefields followed by 2 years of experience in the position Financial Analyst or relatedposition
Work Time: M-F; 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. 40 hrs./week.

Compensation Range
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90272
- This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus incentives and benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location
