Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst-EPGsupporting the US Established Product Group (EPG) Commercial team. This position is based in Titusville NJ.

The US EPG portfolio includes Pulmonary Hypertension (UPTRAVI OPSYNVI & OPSUMIT) and additional brands across Immunology Oncology Neuroscience and additional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for Sales forecasting and providing insights into key business drivers for the Established Product Group (EPG) portfolio specifically Pulmonary Hypertension (UPTRAVI OPSYNVI & OPSUMIT) and future EPG portfolio assets.

Influencing and shaping financial strategy with cross-functional partners including Strategic Insights & Analytics (SIA) and Brand Marketing teams is essential for success. Additional responsibilities include sales consolidations & reporting support of forecast cycles quarterly close processes managing financial risks & opportunities Investor Relations reporting Integrated Business Planning return on investment analysis and special projects. Strong partnership with extended finance teams including Gross to Net Pricing FP&A and Global Services will be required.

This position is expected to provide both financial and strategic business leadership and communicate effectively with senior management and cross-functional groups across the Johnson and Johnson Innovative Medicine organization.

Qualifications:

Education:

• A minimum of a bachelors degree is required preferably with a major in Accounting Economics or Finance.
• A CPA CMA or MBA degree is preferred

Experience and Skills:

Required:

• A minimum of 3 years of finance accounting or related business experience is required
• This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills
• Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously required.
• The ability to partner with associates at all levels of the organization is required.
• Strong communication presentation interpersonal and influencing skills are required.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
• The position is based in Titusville NJ (may require up to 10% domestic travel).

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$79000.00 - $127650.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).



This position is eligible to participate in the Companys long-term incentive program.



Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado 48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year
