Senior Financial Advisor (Client Servicing)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Advisor who is passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions while building lasting relationships. Strittmatter Wealth Management Group (SWMG) is a boutique Registered Investment Advisor serving high-net-worth individuals and business owners. We have been in business since 2007 and specialize in retirement planning investment management and business planning.

Location: Fort Worth TX (In-Person)

Compensation: $95000 - $105000 Base Salary Bonuses

Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Friday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM

What Youll Do

Service our existing client-base

Conduct financial planning and investment review meetings

Collaborate with senior advisors to deliver comprehensive planning solutions

Develop financial plans and customized recommendations using financial planning software

Present planning strategies and investment recommendations to clients

Conduct case specific research

Coordinate trading activities and client service tasks

Maintain compliance and documentation standards

Support client education initiatives seminars webinars and marketing efforts

What Were Looking For

8 to 10 years of client-facing financial planning or overall wealth management experience

Should have strong financial planning skills

CFP designation preferred

Series 65 required if CFP designation is not held

Life & Health Insurance License required

Bachelors degree required

Strong knowledge of financial planning investments retirement planning insurance and wealth management strategies

Excellent presentation communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and engaging manner

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Commitment to fiduciary standards and putting clients first
