Senior Financial Accountant

As we expand our footprint and scale operations we are seeking a skilled Financial Controller to lead the finance and accounting functions for our dynamic and fast-growing organization

Role Overview: The Senior Financial Accountant will oversee the companys financial reporting compliance and operational finance activities ensuring accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making. This position is critical in establishing strong internal controls driving financial process improvements and aligning finance operations with Agile Robots strategic vision. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams bridging technology and finance in a cutting-edge robotics environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting operations including general ledger accounts payable/receivable payroll and financial close processes
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Lead budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities to support business growth
• Develop and maintain cost accounting systems that reflect the complexities of robotics manufacturing and R&D
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Coordinate external audits and tax filings with advisors
• Drive finance system improvements and automation initiatives
• Manage cash flow treasury operations and financial risk mitigation
• Support cross-functional projects and provide financial insights to support strategic initiatives

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred
• 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management roles preferably within technology manufacturing or robotics industries
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP cost accounting and financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software implementations
• Proven leadership capabilities and experience managing finance teams
• Excellent analytical communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced innovative environment
• Experience in compliance internal controls and audit coordination
• Familiarity with R&D accounting project cost tracking and capex management is a plus
