Compensation: $100K$120K base bonus

This role supports the execution of renewable energy transactions with a focus on financial modeling due diligence and deal support across solar and storage projects.

Position Overview
This role supports the execution of renewable energy transactions with a focus on financial modeling due diligence and deal support across solar and storage projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain financial models for solar and energy storage projects
- Support due diligence and transaction execution across financings
- Assist in structuring project financing (tax equity debt and other capital sources)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders including investors and lenders
- Analyze project economics risks and expected returns
- Prepare investor materials approval documentation and financial analysis outputs
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- 25 years of experience in project finance investment banking or renewable energy
- Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities required
- Required: Renewable energy or infrastructure experience
- Experience supporting transactions due diligence or deal execution preferred
- Strong analytical organizational and multitasking skills
