Senior Facility Manager - JLL
What this job involves: As a Senior Facility Manager youll serve as the strategic leader responsible for the comprehensive management of critical facility operations in a highly regulated environment. This role requires you to oversee maintenance operations compliance programs contractor relationships and facility systems while ensuring adherence to stringent pharmaceutical industry standards including FDA GMP and EHS regulations. Youll partner closely with site leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute facility strategies that support manufacturing operations maintain operational continuity and drive performance improvements.
What your day-to-day will look like:
Serve as primary JLL Client Relationship Manager establishing a Safety First culture while ensuring all staff and vendors meet EHS GxP SLA KPI requirements and operate in compliance with GMP manufacturing standards and all local state and federal regulations.
Understand and deliver contract scope while managing indirect equipment and services including janitorial lab services grounds security waste management and space planning. Standardize service level provisions and serve as liaison for vendor consolidation initiatives.
Ensure GMP/GLP compliance through completion of all training audit responses and critical PMs on time. Maintain strict adherence to safety environmental and GxP standards while coordinating emergency and FAT response with Hard Services Manager.
Measure and manage client feedback throughout the year through formal and informal meetings. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience outcomes and operational savings while supporting sustainability initiatives.
Establish site-level SMART objectives provide superior employee management actively develop team members for increased responsibilities and maintain effective succession planning. Complete all performance reviews and goals by required due dates.
Manage site operating expenses to meet/exceed savings targets with documented tracking. Develop annual budgets provide monthly variance analysis submit periodic forecasts and present budget summaries at client meetings.
Update and develop 5-year Facility Capital/Operating Improvement Project Plans for each facility. Benchmark performance against peers and pursue improvement opportunities.
Support JLL Sourcing Team on all initiatives implement service level changes and supplier transitions and ensure competitive bids CORs process PO issuance and work receipting follow established financial processes.
Identify develop and document best practices through JLLs iStream program. Encourage staff da Vinci submissions for new innovations and demonstrate ability to apply new technology and corporate programs.
Support Account Team on scope changes and priority projects actively seek scope expansion into related areas leveraging current resources and manage scope transitions following established JLL processes including KPI and SLA development.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent; Business degree preferred.
5 years pharmaceutical GMP facility management experience with demonstrated ability to exercise proper judgment.
Knowledge of Energy Reduction and Sustainability Programs.
Experience in driving OSHA compliant safety program and maintaining environmental compliance related to facility operations (Air Water Waste Management).
Experience in supporting compliant Environmental Health and Safety training program related to facility management operations.
Strong interpersonal skills and problem solving ability.
Excellent verbal / written communication and presentation skills.
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Knowledge of standard business and accounting practices.
Knowledge of Excel and ability to analyze data.
Preferred Qualifications:
Six Sigma Lean or other continuous improvement methodology certifications with demonstrated application in facility operations
Experience with LEED sustainability initiatives and energy management programs in pharmaceutical or laboratory settings

Estimated compensation for this position:
140000..00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications location market conditions and internal considerations.
