This Executive Assistant will be the operational backbone for theCMO.Youllmanage the calendar thelogistics the details and the moments that matter from a high-stakes executive offsite to a last-minute travel change to making sure a leader walks into a meeting with everything they need.Youllalso bring a hospitality mindset to everything you touch:anticipatingneeds beforetheyreexpressed handling the personal and professional with equal grace and making the office feel like a place people want to be.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Executive and Calendar Support
Own the calendar for theCMOproactively managing conflicts protecting priorities and staying one step ahead.
Working with the Chief of Staff support distribution ofbriefing materialsand coordinatelogisticsfor meetings team calls and leadership sessions.
Travel Logistics and Expense Management
Book and manage complex domestic and international travel flights hotels ground transportation and itineraries with precision and contingency thinking.
Maintain travel tracking and handle changes cancellations and last-minute pivots without missing a beat.
Prepare andsubmitexpense reports accurately and on time.
Event Planning and Hospitality
Support planningand execution ofteam eventsoffsites leadership dinners and internal gatherings handling venue sourcing catering AV run-of-show and on-site coordination.
Bring a hospitality mindset to every event and interaction:anticipatewhatsneeded sweat the details and create experiences that feel effortless to the people in the room.
Work with the Chief of Staff and Marketing Operations team to support external-facing moments agency meetings partner visits executive presentations ensuring the environment andlogisticsreflect well on the team.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE
3years of experiencesupporting high-volume senior leaders in an executive assistant office coordinator hospitality events or similar role.
Event planning or hospitality experience formal or informal.Youveplanned something that had moving parts and made it look easy.
Strong Microsoft Office skills Word PowerPoint Excel Outlook. Comfortable building a clean deck or a tracking spreadsheet from scratch.
Comfort with AI tools familiarity with Claude Microsoft Copilot or similar AI assistants to help draft communications summarize information and move faster on everyday tasks.
Exceptional organizational skillsand the ability to manage multiple competing priorities without dropping anything.
High emotional intelligence and discretion you read rooms well and can be trusted with confidential information.
Clear polished written communication youwriteemails and documents that reflect well on the people you support.
Bachelors degree preferredbut not. Relevant experience anddemonstratedcapability matter more.
STRONGCANDIDATESMAY ALSO HAVE
Experience supporting a fast-paced executive in acorporate oragency environment.
Experience working in marketing organizations either directly or as a partner.
Familiarity with SharePointWorkdayClaudeMicrosoftCo-Pilot andsimilar enterprise tools.
A background inproject management or client services that has sharpened your instinct foranticipatingneeds.
An interest in marketing media or brand curiosity about the industryyouresupporting goes a long way.
Location: New York City NY. This is a hybrid role with a3-day in-office requirement.

Annual Salary
$32.05 - $50.36The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include but are not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the role the selected candidates work experience education and training the work location as well as market and business considerations.
