The Sr. Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to Cerrowires senior leadership team. This role serves as a trusted liaison with internal and external stakeholders exercising the utmost discretion professionalism and confidentiality.The Sr. Executive Assistant manages a wide range of responsibilities including executive scheduling travel coordination project support event planning and internal communications. This position also helps maintain the companys intranet and contributes to the delivery of leadership meetings employee events and customer engagements with occasional travel required.

- Administrative duties such as coordination of projectsscheduling ofmeetings coordination of sub-contractors or vendors and scheduling conference rooms conference calls etc.
- Manage project tasks with minimal oversight; work with team members to share information and resources; develop project materials and tools; and support the preparation of status reports for our clients and executive management.
- Contribute tomaintainingand administering the companys online intranet site via updates andtimelycommunications.
- Provide support to schedule coordinate and organize offsite meetings and events.
- Produces information by transcribing formatting inputting editing retrieving copying and transmitting text data and graphics.
- Conservesexecutivestime by reading researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information;initiatingtelecommunications.
- Prepare professional presentations for executives.
- Handle various travel arrangements for executiveteam coordinating calendars communicating appropriately to all parties on conflicts or other needs and resolving travel issues.
- Maintainsexecutivesappointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings conferences teleconferences and travel.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Ensures thatall materials are present and working prior to meetings with internal and external participants.
Qualifications Experience and Education:
Minimumrequirements:
- Associates degree or combination of relevant experience and education
- 5 years of related administrative experience including experience supporting executives.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook
- Effective oral and written communication skills excellent interpersonal skills
- Technical aptitude with the ability to engage in a variety of project work inclusive of contributing to the management of the companys intranet.

Proven ability to work closely with a diverse group of executives.
Be able to work well independently manage time effectively be selfdirectedand able to write original content as well as refine and compile information fromappropriate boilerplateand technical documents.
Previousexperience with arranging travel accommodations.
Able to conduct occasional travel (approx. 10%).
