Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Business Partner (to CEO)

Location: West Michigan

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role.

Were looking for a highly capable trusted partner to work directly with senior leadership as a true right handsomeone who brings order to complexity anticipates needs and helps leaders operate at their best.

This role blends high-level execution communication and relationship management. Youll play a key role in keeping priorities aligned decisions moving and the organization connected.

What Youll Do

• Partner closely with senior leadership to manage priorities time and focus
• Anticipate needs prepare for key moments and ensure follow-through
• Bring structure and clarity to a fast-moving high-expectation environment
• Own business rhythms (meetings agendas follow-ups) to drive alignment
• Draft and refine communications and leadership materials
• Support key initiatives by organizing work and coordinating stakeholders
• Help leaders stay meaningfully connected to the team

Qualifications

• 5 years supporting senior leaders or similar experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
• Strong communication and organizational skills
