Werededicated to pioneering next-generation innovations for patients with aortic stenosis (AS). Our Transcatheter Heart Valve (THV) business unit brings together Clinical Affairs Engineering and Research professionals to design and develop minimally invasive therapies thatimpactpatient outcomes and quality of together to transform cardiovascular care and device development to address unmet patient needs in structural heart disease. How youll make a difference:
Project manage moderately complex or mid-size congresses/event elements including pre-planning and post congress communications
Develop and track project plans; track milestones and alert to deadlines.
Negotiate contracts as needed
Plan and execute mid-size scale regional conferences independently
Manages deliverables and payments to Congress Associations; track and reconcile all project budgets
Oversee and facilitate all ancillary meetings and requests at national congresses
Participate in site evaluations
Initiate and implement of all consulting agreements non-discloser agreements and RFAA contracts; serve as liaison with legal department.
Assist with event planning responsibilities such as communications travel AV onsite set-up and F&B planning
Other duties as assigned by Management

What youll need (Required):
Bachelors Degree with 3 years of previously related work experience or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Required


What else we look for (Preferred):
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite

Experience working in sales marketing or healthcare industry or equivalent work experience based on Edwards criteria Preferred
Other: Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) Preferred Or
Other: Certified Meeting Professional healthcare subspecialty (CMP-HC) Preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Good problem-solving critical thinking and investigative skills
Solid knowledge and understanding of policies procedures and guidelines relevant to strategic event planning
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment with global marketing team and cross functional partners
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g. pandemic protocols Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

For California the base pay range for this position is $68000 to $96000 (highly experienced).
