Senior Estimator

Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Senior Estimator to join our Estimating department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead pursuit teams in preparing and submitting competitive and accurate bid proposals
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates including takeoffs for labor materials and equipment with an emphasis on structural concrete work
• Apply pragmatic analysis of the overall project execution process to ensure the estimate reflects the efficient execution of the project
• Analyze market conditions competition and pricing strategies
  
• Lead and mentor junior Estimators

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in civil engineering construction management or related field.
• 6 years of estimating experience.
• Proficiency in estimating software such as HCSS Heavybid BlueBeam Agtek
• Experience with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Travel to visit project sites as required
• Must have a valid drivers license
