About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior ERP Security Analyst (PeopleSoft) to support and enhance security within enterprise PeopleSoft HCM and FSCM environments. This role is responsible for designing maintaining and improving a secure scalable security framework that supports business operations compliance requirements audit standards and system integrity.
The ideal candidate will have strong PeopleSoft security administration experience exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance the PeopleSoft ERP security model.
Administer roles permission lists user profiles and dynamic security configurations.
Manage query security trees route controls ChartField security workflow approvals and user preferences.
Process security access requests while ensuring compliance with business and audit requirements.
Support internal and external audits access reviews and security documentation efforts.
Develop and maintain security procedures configuration documentation and operational standards.
Troubleshoot application security issues workflow problems and user access concerns.
Create reports PS Queries SQL scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Support system refreshes upgrades patching activities production releases and environment maintenance.
Collaborate with development database administration infrastructure and functional teams on ERP initiatives.
Research software patches vendor recommendations and system improvements.
Participate in occasional after-hours support and on-call activities as required.
