The Senior ERP Developer is responsible for designing developing supporting and optimizing enterprise ERP solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite environments. This role provides technical leadership for enhancements integrations customizations reporting and operational support initiatives across critical business functions. The Senior ERP Developer collaborates closely with business analysts functional teams DBAs integration teams and project managers to deliver scalable and reliable ERP solutions. Responsibilities include solution design code development performance optimization root-cause analysis deployment coordination and mentoring junior developers. This role plays a key part in modernization initiatives involving Oracle Cloud technologies automation integration frameworks and enterprise application transformation efforts.
- Serve as a technical leader on complex software development projects partnering closely with designers analysts and other developers to create new programs and applications.
- Serve as lead for significant components or entire projects making critical technical recommendations that influence the team and collaborating with developers across other business lines.
- Drive planning and execution of the software development lifecycle for assigned projects.
- Responsible for end-to-end design implementation testing and maintenance of sophisticated scalable software products.
- Write efficient and well-documented code according to specifications and create custom software solutions to optimize operations.
- Lead efforts to perform software updates testing and enhancements ensuring the long-term health and functionality of the codebase.
- Champion code standards and best practices.
- Research emerging software development tools and techniques applying this knowledge to enhance functionality and improve internal processes.
