Overview:
Looking for a senior Epic analyst with strong experience in referrals and prior authorization workflows with supporting knowledge of Cadence scheduling and patient access operations.
Key Requirements:
- 5 years of Epic experience with referrals and prior authorization workflows
- Strong understanding of Cadence scheduling and its interaction with referrals
- Experience supporting front-end operational workflows tied to access and authorization
- Hands-on build and workflow optimization experience (not just support)
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Prelude module
- Experience improving referral throughput and authorization turnaround times
Ideal Candidate:
- Functional SME in referrals prior auth
- Strong collaboration with operations access teams and revenue cycle stakeholders
- Experience working in new build or optimization environments
