Were seeking a Senior Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to lead complex cross-functional programs with a specific focus on the AdServing infrastructure. This role will partner closely with engineering product and business teams to deliver high-impact programs that drive reliability scale and efficiency across Apples ad this role youll lead the end-to-end execution of engineering programs that touch multiple systems and teams ensuring technical alignment and timely delivery. You will:nn- Drive the planning and execution of core AdServing programs with clear milestones accountability and communication.n- Collaborate with engineering leads and architects to shape system design decisions delivery strategies and integration plans.n- Align cross-functional teams around shared goals working with EPMs Product Managers and Business Operations to clarify dependencies and unblock delivery.n- Support portfolio-level coordination providing visibility across projects and surfacing risks and mitigation plans as needed.n- Develop stakeholder communication strategies including executive-facing updates and broader org-wide alignment.n- Champion delivery best practices in Agile and hybrid settings contributing to operational excellence and scalable ideal candidate combines deep program management expertise with technical fluency ideally in the AdTech space and thrives in high-ambiguity high-impact environments.n
7 years of experience in technical program management product ownership or engineering leadership within high-scale software environments.n Proven success driving complex cross-functional programs across engineering product and business teams.n Familiarity with distributed systems backend infrastructure or data-intensive platforms.n Strong communication and stakeholder management skills including comfort working with executive stakeholders.n Ability to influence without authority and thrive in fast-paced ambiguous environments.
Experience in AdTech particularly within Ad Serving Candidate Retrieval or Ad Exchange workflows.n Exposure to portfolio management especially managing interdependencies across multiple engineering tracks.n Technical background that enables engagement in architectural discussions and risk assessment.n Experience delivering in privacy-sensitive or regulated environments is a or hybrid Agile delivery experience preferred.
