12 years in Product/Program Management with a significant focus on Identity u0026 Access Management (IAM) including hands-on ownership of access governance lifecycle management and privileged access (PAM).nnDeep IAM Technical Expertise strong working knowledge of authorization models (RBAC ABAC ReBAC) authentication protocols (SAML OAuth 2.0 OIDC FIDO2/WebAuthn) and Zero Trust architecture IAM u0026 Compliance Fluency experience with cloud identity platforms (AWS IAM Azure AD GCP IAM) and familiarity with regulatory frameworks governing access management (GDPR SOX HIPAA PCI-DSS CCPA).nnModern Architecture u0026 Identity Standards Proficiency understanding of APIs microservices and identity standards (SCIM LDAP Directory Services) with the ability to collaborate effectively with security and engineering Awareness in Access u0026 Security Contexts ability to apply Gen AI and data science tools to shape access and authorization strategies across hybrid AI and traditional -Level Communication u0026 Roadmap Storytelling demonstrated ability to communicate product roadmaps trade-offs and strategic recommendations clearly to leadership and stakeholders at all levels including non-technical executives.n
